Administrative Support Officer (Remote or Hybrid)
We are inviting expressions of interest for a flexible Administrative Support Officer role. We're a mental health clinic focused on early intervention and recovery in occupational settings, supporting clients dealing with burnout, stress and workplace trauma. In addition to our individual client work, we provide training needs assessments, program development and coaching services to support organisations in building mentally healthy, high-performing workplaces. This role offers the option to work remotely or from a co-working space, depending on your preference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to clinicians and the broader practice team
- Manage client communications, appointment scheduling, and intake processes
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records
- Assist with invoicing, referrals, and documentation
- Coordinate day-to-day administrative workflows to support clinic operations
- Ensure a high standard of professionalism, efficiency, and discretion in all tasks
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who brings:
- Previous experience in administrative roles, ideally within healthcare or mental health settings
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency with digital tools and platforms (e.g. Halaxy, Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- A commitment to confidentiality, compassion, and client-centered service
- Brisbane-based is preferred, though remote candidates within Australia are welcome to apply
- Ability to attend onsite at minimum once per week at our Brisbane Office is also preferred
- Ability to integrate into a cat-friendly workplace (Levi & Lily work here too)

Placement & Internship Opportunities
The 11th hour clinic is now welcoming provisional psychologists, psychology master's students, and psychology honours students seeking supervised placements as part of their university training. We're not your typical clinic. Our model combines evidence-based care with a systems-informed approach, delivering mental health support and performance coaching across private practice, schools, corporate settings, and government sectors.

- Currently enrolled in an APAC-accredited program (Honours, Master's, or 5+1 pathways)
