Dr Candice Quinn

Dr Candice Quinn is a psychologist with over 20 years of experience across both public and private healthcare sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Psychology with First Class Honours and a Bachelor of Laws from Southern Cross University, chosen for its commitment to socially responsible and globally relevant practices. Her academic journey reflects a consistent focus on advancing sustainable and ethical approaches in both education and practice.

Dr Candice also earned a Master of Science in Medicine (Clinical Epidemiology) and a PhD from the University of Sydney, where her research explored the neurobiology of clinical depression. Her work, including six projects published in internationally peer-reviewed medical journals, reflects a deep interest in the intersection of global health, research, and evidence-based decision-making.

Specialising in resilience and recovery, Dr Candice emphasises client-driven, personalised psychological interventions. She further expanded her expertise with a Master of Organisational Psychology from Macquarie University, focusing on how environmental and workplace factors influence wellbeing.

Her current work applies organisational and industrial psychology principles to underserved populations, particularly those who have experienced psychological injury in the workplace, bridging gaps where health systems and governments have left needs unmet.

Outside of her professional life, Dr Candice enjoys time with her two cats, Levi and Lily, a daily reminder of the importance of patience, curiosity and play in wellbeing.
